A. We are a team inside Qatar charity dedicated to innovation and developing new ideas to improve the charity community.

Q. Are you a registered organization?

A. Yes, we are registered at the Qatari’ Regulatory Authority for Charitable Activities by the license number 131/2015

Q. How can I use the website?

A. You can simply search for airlines tickets and hotels reservations through our website and view the prices from our network of suppliers. You can compare the prices from thousands of hotels and hundreds of different airlines.

Q. How do you generate charity revenue?

A. Travel & Aid works on affiliation model. When you uses our website to make a reservation, the airline or hotel pays us a commission for the booking. The hotels and airlines consider this commission as marketing fees.

Q. Do you add extra/hidden fees?

A. No. We do not add any extra/ hidden fees to you booking

A. The generated commission varies based on the number of bookings and the suppliers

Q. How do you select the projects to fund?

A. Depending on the generated charity each month, the team selects a collation of projects to fund doing our best to make the greatest impact with the best use of the available resources.

Q. Can you support my charity project?

A. No. Now we only fund a selected collection of projects from Qatar Charity. We are working hard on allowing the fund of other projects.

Q. Can I make direct donation?

A. No. However, you can make direct donation through <a href="https://www.qcharity.org/en/global" target="_blank">Qatar charity website</a> to the project you select

Q. Can I volunteer?

A. You can volunteer by sharing the idea. In addition, we are looking for volunteer content writers for our travel blog.

Q. Do you save my information?

A. No. we act as a metasearch, we collect prices from different providers then redirects you to your selected provider to make reservation without saving your personal information

Q. How can I get help for my booking?

A. Travel & Aid does not have access to any bookings done by you. To receive help regarding your booking you need to check with your booking website for help.
